Barnegat Friends meet for worship every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. We are located at 614 East Bay Avenue, Barnegat, NJ 08005.

We are a Quaker faith community practicing silent or "unprogrammed" worship. Meeting for Worship lasts for about an hour and is held in reverent, expectant silence, open to God's presence and revelation. Gathered in worship, Friends may be led to share messages of ministry that are laid upon their hearts.
Quakerism is a faith of personal experience and
direct communication with God. Worship in the
Society of Friends attempts to realize at its center
the Divine Presence revealed within. It is this direct
experience which guides each of us in our everyday
life and brings us together as a community of faith.
